  • Standard Delivery: A delivery fee of £3.99 applies to orders totalling £49.99 or less.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. This may vary for items which are made to order or those which are being delivered directly from the manufacturer such as our larger outdoor play equipment. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you require delivery before a certain date.
  • Order Cut Off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched, along with tracking information where available

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery:  Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location. This may vary for items being delivered directly from the manufacturer such as our larger outdoor play equipment.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
