The design has a spherical base which gives it great range in practising balancing exercises. Ideal for physical therapy, rehabilitation exercises and even fitness training – a great way to increase lower quartile strength and develop your core for improved posture. This balancing board has a rubber cover so it protects your floor and also stops the board sliding around.
The whole board is smooth, so no fear of catching yourself on any sharp edges. It is a compact size so is easy to store away when not in use. Manufactured from tough durable wood and comes with a non-slip black rubber cover.
